Cancel my subscription

You can cancel at any time from your customer account or from PayPal; cancellation stops future charges.

From your customer account

Sign in, open your dashboard and go to the “Subscription” section, then confirm the cancellation. Your subscription stops renewing immediately and no further payment is taken.

From PayPal

  1. Sign in to PayPal.
  2. Open Settings, then Payments.
  3. Select “Automatic payments”.
  4. Open “Captain Legal” and choose “Cancel”.

After cancelling

You keep access until the end of the period already paid. If you cancel during the free trial before the first charge, access ends without any payment. Hong Kong law does not provide a general statutory cooling-off right for digital services supplied immediately; this contractual cancellation policy applies instead, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have.
