If necessary, can I modify my documents?

Once your legal document is created, you can download it in Word and PDF format. The Microsoft Word version can be edited as many times as you want. When you download the Word version and open it, the Word software may tell you that the file is read-only. To change it, you just need to activate the change.

What are the payment methods accepted by Captain.legal?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard ...) and by PayPal. Our credit card service provider is Stripe.

I paid, but I cannot access my documents, what should I do?

After your payment, you are redirected to a page where you can consult your PDF and Word files. We also send you an email with a secure link to access your documents. If, however, you do not access your documents, you can contact us via the contact form. We will get back to you promptly.
